Rachel Broughton

Rachel Broughton has a diverse background in property development and law. They began their career as a Staff Solicitor at Palmer Mazengarb and then served as an Associate Solicitor at Laugesen Cotterell Family Law Practice. From 2004 to 2011, Rachel worked as a Development Manager at Lendlease, contributing to notable projects such as the Elephant and Castle Regeneration. They then transitioned to CLS Holdings plc, where they held the position of Head of Property Development until 2023. Currently, Rachel is the Development Director at Simten.
