Frances Sneddon

Frances Sneddon has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of technology, analytics, and operational research. Frances has been the Chief Technology Officer at SIMUL8 Corporation since 1999, where they have led the development of simulation software that has delivered cost savings and efficiency gains for organizations worldwide. Frances has also been involved in various leadership roles at ScotlandIS, serving as a Member of the Board, Chair of ScotlandIS, and Deputy Chair. In addition, they have served as a Board Member at The Data Lab - innovation centre, where they have worked to foster collaboration between industry, public sector, and academic institutions in the field of data science. Frances has also been actively involved in professional societies, serving as a Co Chair at The OR Society and as a W.O.R.M.S Senior VP of Communication at INFORMS. Frances'swork experience demonstrates their expertise and leadership in the technology and analytics industry.

Frances Sneddon received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Maths, Statistics, and Management Science from the University of Strathclyde. Frances attended the university from 1996 to 2000.
