Roisin Anne Hughes has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Roisin Anne started their career at Domino's Pizza as a shift supervisor/worker from August 2006 to November 2010. Roisin Anne then worked as a social media and marketing officer at Glasgay! Festival from January 2013 to December 2013, where they managed website content and design, social media channels, and conducted market research. From December 2013 to May 2015, they served as a marketing executive at If Only..., where they were responsible for various tasks such as managing CMS, creating advertisements, and developing online marketing content. In 2015, Roisin joined SIMUL8 Corporation as a digital marketing specialist, a role they held until July 2019. Here, they contributed to the implementation of Salesforce, Pardot, and Desk systems, and also acted as a Salesforce and Pardot admin and platform app builder. Roisin Anne then transitioned into the role of a digital operations developer at SIMUL8 Corporation from July 2019 onwards, where they continued to develop the Salesforce platform to align with the company's requirements.

Roisin Anne Hughes has a diverse education history. Roisin Anne first attended the University of Strathclyde from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Modern Languages. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of the West of Scotland from 2011 to 2012, obtaining a Master's degree in Music Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Hughes also participated in an exchange program at ETEA Córdoba from 2009 to 2010. During this time, they studied Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business Studies, and French.
