Otto Szabo

Otto Szabo is a skilled technician and designer with extensive experience in visual design and hardware development. Currently serving as a technician at SIMULANDS since May 2023, Otto also holds the position of Head of Hardware at übermorn, where responsibilities include leading the hardware and visual design aspects of a mobile robotic bartender. Previous roles include serving as a Visual Designer at F&P Robotics, where Otto led the visual components of collaborative robot development, and as a designer at The People Speak, focusing on table design through mold making and casting techniques. Otto's background also includes a role as a prop maker for the English National Opera, where responsibilities involved welding, resin casting, and woodwork for notable productions. Otto holds a Master of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from ZHdK Zürcher Hochschule der Künste and studied at Magyar Képzõmûvészeti Egyetem from 2007 to 2012.
