Charles Thompson, SHRM SCP, is the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at SimuTech Group, where they lead enterprise-wide HR strategy and align talent initiatives with business objectives. Previously, they served in various HR leadership roles, including as Senior Director of Global HR Transformation and Execution at Sutherland. With extensive experience in workforce management, organizational design, and employee engagement, Charles has a passion for driving HR innovation and fostering inclusive work cultures. They hold an Environmental Science degree from Monroe Community College and have cultivated a strong background in both hospitality and human resources management.
