Nora Carr, RN, BSN

Scenario Production Specialist at SimX

Nora Carr is a registered nurse and scenario production specialist who has dedicated their career to helping others. Nora began their journey as a critical care registered nurse at Harborview Medical Center, where they provided care for those who were critically ill or injured. After a few years, they transitioned to the University of Washington Medical Center, where they continued to care for patients as a registered nurse. In September 2019, they began working as a graduate research assistant for the SOOTHE Workgroup at the University of Washington Human Centered Design & Engineering. In this role, they conducted qualitative research and analysis for VR meditation. In June 2021, they left the university to pursue a career in scenario production at SimX.

Nora Carr, RN, BSN has a Master of Science in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington. Nora also has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington and is certified as a Critical Care Registered Nurse (Adult) from AACN and as a Registered Nurse from the Washington State Department of Health.
