Mark McIntyre is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in antimicrobial stewardship and pharmacotherapy. Currently, Mark holds the position of Manager for the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program at Sinai Health since July 2023 and serves as an Assistant Professor with status at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto. Previously, Mark worked as a Pharmacotherapy Specialist at University Health Network from October 2015 to July 2023 and as a Clinical Practice Leader (Acting) and Clinical Pharmacist at Mount Sinai Hospital from June 2009 to October 2015. Mark earned a Pharm.D in Pharmacy from Rutgers University between 1998 and 2004, following graduation from Shawnee High School in 1998.
