Head, Sales at SINAI Technologies

Caitlyn McCrimmon is the current Head of Sales at SINAI Technologies. Prior to their current role, McCrimmon served as Senior Director of Corporate Sales, Strategic Accounts at Enverus from November 2019 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle of team members’ pursuits, forecasting ownership, and inspecting pipeline health and deal progression. McCrimmon has also been responsible for education, implementation, and adherence of complex and enterprise strategic selling processes for legacy as well as newly developed and acquired solutions. In addition to their responsibilities within sales, McCrimmon has also fostered team members’ growth and goal attainment via 1:1 coaching, quarterly business review facilitation, annual performance reviews and mentoring.

Caitlyn McCrimmon has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Calgary in Finance & Risk Mangement. Caitlyn is also a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) from the Nutritional Therapy Association in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies, General. Caitlyn has their Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute in Finance. Caitlyn also has certification from the CFA Institute in the CFA Institute PL Program 5-Year Milestone Badge and from Model Expand in Inclusive Culture Series.
