Valerie Rother

Valerie Rother has extensive experience in human resources and organizational culture, having held senior leadership positions including Vice President of Human Resources at SinaLite, Vice President of People & Culture at Fire & Flower, and Executive Vice President of People & Culture at The Supreme Cannabis Company, Inc. Valerie also served as Vice President of Talent and Director of People and Culture at Wave HQ, as well as Human Resources Relationship Manager and Director of Recruitment at CIBC Mellon. Valerie began a career in recruitment as a Senior Recruitment Consultant before transitioning into various leadership roles. Valerie holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Guelph, completed between 1998 and 2002.
