Nicole Gomes Borba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and data privacy. Currently serving as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Compliance Consultant at SinapseTech since February 2023, Nicole has also been an active member of the ANPPD® and the Compliance Women Committee since 2021 and 2020, respectively. Prior to SinapseTech, Nicole held roles as a Mid-Level Compliance Analyst at Liqi Digital Assets and DPO and Compliance Officer at Ostheon. Nicole began career development with internships at BRDE and the Tribunal de Justiça do RS, focusing on operational risk management and legal processes. Educationally, Nicole is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law with an emphasis on Compliance from Verbo Jurídico, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
