Kevin Roe has an extensive work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Kevin is currently the VP of Finance at Sinatra & Co. since May 2021. Prior to this, they were the Portfolio Manager at Uniland Development Company from September 2018 to May 2021. Before that, they worked as the Vice President, Capital Markets at The Greenwich Group International, LLC from April 2017 to September 2018. Kevin also has a significant tenure at Regency Centers, where they held several roles including Director, Financial Services from August 2015 to March 2017, Senior Manager, Financial Services/Asset Management from February 2010 to August 2015, and Manager, Investment Services from April 2006 to February 2010. Kevin'searlier experience includes being a Sr. Analyst/Assistant Asset Manager at The Mills Corporation from August 2005 to April 2006.
Kevin Roe attended the University of Virginia from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Commerce. Later, they pursued their MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 2003 to 2005, specializing in General Management/Finance.
