Natalie Gil

Natalie Gil is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and technology leader, currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Darshana Inc., which focuses on creating global, verified work experience records to enhance AI hiring processes. In addition to leading Darshana, Natalie co-founded the Latinity - Latin America Women in Technology Conference and serves as an angel investor across multiple startups, including sinba, Dippi, and FITCO. As a Core Member of Underscore VC, Natalie collaborates with exceptional entrepreneurs to support transformative ventures. Advisory roles include positions at BenchK12 and Boston Ballet, as well as a previous Principal Tech Advisor at Amazon Web Services. Natalie holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is pursuing additional qualifications at Harvard Business School, complemented by a Master’s in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Systems Engineering degree from Universidad de Lima.
