Andreas Henning

Andreas Henning has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Andreas is currently serving as the Regional Director at SINC GmbH since December 2020. Furthermore, they are also the Co-Founder of Adaire, an organization focused on ethical IT outsourcing to Sub-Saharan Africa, since February 2022. Prior to these positions, Andreas held various roles at Haufe-umantis AG, including Board Member, Managing Director of HAUFE Talent Management, and CPOO - Chief Product Operations Officer. Andreas was also the Managing Director of Haufe-umantis Spain from 2017 to 2019. Before that, Andreas worked as the Owner/Consultant at Henning Management and as a Senior Consultant at DB Systel GmbH. Andreas also gained experience as a Unit Manager at CGI and held multiple managerial positions at Google, including Manager of DoubleClick Publisher Consulting Services EMEA, Head of Global Operations Reporting, and Manager of Online Sales and Operations. Earlier in their career, Andreas worked at Hughes Network Systems Europe as Vice President and Manager of Operations, where they successfully organized and restructured the Operations activities of the company. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at Hughes Network Systems Europe and as a Project Coordinator at Colt Telecommunications.

Andreas Henning obtained their MSc degree in Aerospace Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin in 1995. Later on, they pursued further education in Management at Cranfield School of Management, where they completed their studies in 2005.
