Tom Devlin

Tom Devlin has over 25 years of experience in the engineering services industry. Tom began their career in 1995 as the Owner of The Hawk. In 2000, they worked as a Metasolv Implementation Consultant for MetaSolv Software/Nextel, where they developed standards for Metasolv and built the IDEN network in Metasolv for the Denver, Detroit, and Florida markets while managing 3 teams of consultants. In 2005, they were a Granite Architect and Metasolv Architect for Sincera Consulting, where they wrote and delivered an Xng Engineering Guide for T-Mobile engineers. Tom also worked as a Granite Architect for Telcordia Technologies in the same year. In 2009, Tom worked as a Granite Architect for Sincera Consulting and an Xng SME and Trainer for TEKsystems. Since 2018, they have been the Vice President of Engineering Services for Sincera Consulting, LLC.

Tom Devlin attended Mount Michael High School from 1984 to 1988, and then The University of Kansas from 1988 to 1993.
