Michelle Thompson is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Area Operations Manager at Sincere Hospitality since September 2024, Michelle previously held the position of General Manager at Pathfinder Development, LLC from October 2021 to September 2024 and at Holiday Inn Club Vacations from October 2014 to April 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing operations of large villa resorts and managing teams of up to 80 members. Michelle has also contributed as an Account Manager at State Farm ® and has a significant history with Silverleaf Resorts as Assistant General Manager, focusing on budget management and operational efficiency across multiple properties.
