Megan Neal

Megan Neal CDP has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Megan began their career in 2016 as a Clerk at the State of Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles License Bureau, where they worked until 2019. In 2018, they also had a role as an Activities Assistant and a Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT) at Mount Alverna Village.

In 2019, Megan joined Century Park Associates as a Move-In Coordinator and later assumed the position of Director of Sales Marketing from May 2020 to March 2021. Megan also briefly served as an Interim Executive Director in August and September 2020.

Currently, Megan is employed at Sinceri Senior Living as a Community Resource Director, a position they have held since March 2021.

Throughout their varied work experience, Megan Neal CDP has gained valuable skills and expertise in sales, marketing, coordination, and administration within the senior living industry.

Megan Neal CDP attended Kent State University from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in HDFS Nursing Home Administration. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in other fields. In June 2018, Megan became a Certified Dementia Practitioner through the NATIONAL COUNCIL OF CERTIFIED DEMENTIA PRACTITIONERS, LLC. Prior to that, in May 2013, they earned a certification as a Cosmetologist from the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology.
