Michelle Shelton

Michelle Shelton, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a comprehensive background in human resources, spanning over 20 years. Michelle currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Sinceri Senior Living. Prior to this, Michelle served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Marion County Oregon from February 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Marion County Oregon, Michelle was the Principal/Senior Director of Human Resources at Novogradac & Company LLP from June 2014 to February 2020. Michelle also served as the Human Resources Manager at SP Fiber Technologies from April 2013 to June 2014.
