Tiffany Akin

Tiffany Akin, SPHR has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Security State Bank until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Pepsi Northwest Beverages. Following that, they joined Sprague Pest Solutions as a Human Resources Generalist from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, Tiffany joined Koelsch Communities and held the position of Human Resources Manager until 2018, after which they became the Human Resources Director until 2020. Tiffany then worked as a Regional Human Resources Generalist at Telecare Corporation from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, Tiffany became the Vice President of Human Resources at Seasons Living, and in 2022, they assumed the role of Director of Human Resources at Sinceri Senior Living.

Tiffany Akin, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Saint Martin's University, obtained between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Centralia College between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in May 2020.
