Jonathan Ingram

Jonathan Ingram is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and technical sales engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Engineer for Sinch in the EMEA region since November 2020, Jonathan transitioned from a Director position in Product Management at Sinch, where responsibilities included managing product backlogs and presales activities. With a previous tenure at SAP from December 2007 to November 2020 as a Director of Product Management and Product Manager, Jonathan focused on understanding client requirements and overseeing multiple scrum teams within the Contact Center domain. Prior experience includes roles at Wicom Communications Ltd as a Solution Specialist and at Walkers Midshire Foods as a Network Administrator. Jonathan holds an M.B.A. in Information Systems Management from Haaga-Helia University and a BSc Honours in Computer Science from De Montfort University.
