Ruchi Miller

Ruchi Miller, PMP, MBA, serves as Vice President of PMO & Product Implementation at Sinch since January 2020, and has held the position of Senior Director of the Program Management Office at Inteliquent since January 2009. Ruchi directs critical infrastructure projects, overseeing the transition of customer networks from legacy systems to enhanced new platforms, and has previously led functions in product implementation and project management focused on process improvements and client satisfaction. Ruchi holds a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University.
