Saud Alam is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in product development and database management. Currently serving as Tech Lead Manager for the Financials Platform at Sinch since November 2020, Saud oversees key aspects of customer engagement services. Prior to this role, Saud was a Development Expert at Shoegaro Pvt Ltd and an Advisor to the Board at SAP, where responsibilities included product development and architecture design for cloud-based engagement services. Previously, Saud held positions at JPMorgan Chase as a database architect and at Capgemini as a consultant, focusing on database development and performance tuning. Saud holds a PGDBM in Business Administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Electronics from D.Y. Patil College of Engineering.
