Erik Hardtle

Erik Hardtle has extensive experience in the broadcasting industry, currently serving as the IT & Operations Manager at Sinclair Broadcast Group since July 1992. Responsibilities include overseeing newscast and commercial production, master control operations, and overall IT planning. Prior roles within Sinclair Broadcast Group include Promotion Manager, Production Manager, and various operational positions. Erik has received notable awards, such as the 2011 Bonten Media Department Head of the Year and the 2003 Excellence Award for Best Broadcast Ad. Erik's career began as a Marketing Representative at Beasley Broadcast Group, assisting with advertising campaigns. Additionally, Erik was involved with the Boy Scouts of America, earning the title of Eagle Scout and holding several leadership positions. Erik holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising from The University of Toledo and completed college preparatory studies at Perrysburg High School.
