Dr. Thomas Werz

Dr. Thomas Werz possesses extensive experience in organizational development and project management, currently serving as Team Leader of Process Management at WMF Professional Coffee Machines since July 2019, where responsibilities include SAP S/4HANA software implementation and global project strategy. Prior roles at WMF from May 2015 to July 2019 as Technology Manager involved leading projects focused on process optimization and technological advancements in manufacturing. Earlier tenure included a position as a Scientific Staff Member at the University of Ulm from March 2008 to April 2015, where Dr. Werz developed experimental concepts and led collaborative projects. Dr. Werz holds a Doctorate in Material Physics and multiple degrees in Engineering and Advanced Materials from Ulm University, the University of Regensburg, and the Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg.
