Glen Horton

Glen Horton is an experienced AI Architect currently leading the AI strategy at Sinclair Community College since September 2025. Prior roles include Applications Team Lead for AI & Libraries at the University of Cincinnati, where efforts focused on AI enablement initiatives, and Software Applications Team Lead, overseeing development within UC Libraries. Glen's experience also encompasses roles as Senior Software Applications Developer at UC Libraries and Digital Services Manager at Campbell County Public Library, as well as serving as Technology Coordinator and Assistant Director at SWON Libraries Consortium. Earlier career contributions include work as a LAN Analyst at Wright State University Libraries and as a student employee in the Libraries' Automation Department. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Wright State University.
