Kevin Locker

Kevin Locker has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kevin most recently served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Sinclair Community College starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Budget and Analysis at the same institution from May 2020 to June 2023. Kevin also worked as a Financial Management Specialist at Wright Patterson Air Force from July 2018 to May 2020, and as a Budget Analyst at Sinclair Community College from August 2014 to July 2018. Before that, they worked at Heartland Federal Credit Union as a Compliance Manager from December 2012 to July 2014. Kevin's earlier experiences include roles as a Compliance Analyst at James Investment Research, Inc from April 2010 to June 2011, a Graduate Assistant at Wright State University from January 2009 to June 2011, and a Report Coordinator at EBS Asset Management from January 2005 to January 2009.

Kevin Locker has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance, both obtained in 2009-2010 from the Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University. Prior to these degrees, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Finance from the same institution from 2001-2005. In terms of secondary education, Kevin attended Anna High School from 1997-2001. Kevin has also earned additional certifications, including the Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Society in June 2014 and the NCCO (National Certified Compliance Officer) from NAFCU in 2013.
