Mia Eltiste

Mia Eltiste is an experienced Senior User Experience Researcher at Sinclair Digital since December 2022, previously serving as a Design Researcher at Kyndryl from November 2021 to May 2023, where important initiatives included developing a research repository and enhancing the accessibility of the design system. Additional experience includes a role as UX Researcher at HID Global and a teaching assistantship at The University of Texas at Austin, where support was provided to undergraduate students. Mia Eltiste holds a Master of Science in Information Studies with a focus in User Experience from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Prior entrepreneurial experience includes founding Mia Ellsworth & Co. and working as a contracted artist at Shirts 101.
