Varun Khanduja is an experienced user experience researcher and manager with a diverse background in leading UX teams and conducting in-depth research across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead User Experience Researcher at Sinclair Inc. since June 2023, Varun co-led a research tool analysis project. Prior to that, as a Senior User Experience Research Manager at Capital One, Varun led a team responsible for enhancing the customer experience for a platform of digital products. Varun's experience also includes roles at FedEx, AutoZone, and State Farm, where leadership and research initiatives drove improvements in digital products and customer interactions. Varun holds a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction Design from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
