Mike has developed a reputation as an energetic change agent where demonstrated skills in leadership, arbitrating and persuading contribute to increased utilization of time and resources resulting in increased visible value with reductions in timelines and overall costs. He has a successful track record in transforming operations and supply chain into world class and highly profitable entities.

In corporate manufacturing roles for industry leader Dow Chemical, and in consulting engagements with Georgia-Pacific, INVISTA, Bluestar, AkzoNobel, Sadara and others, Mike continues to deliver quick wins and sustainable solutions to organizations seeking performance improvements. His diverse background makes him an effective and integral part of project management, client relations, and technology development. He is a passionate leader with more than three years of current experience in China and 25 years of international experience including the Middle East and Alaska. Mike holds a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He is an inaugural member of the Arkansas Academy of Chemical Engineers and has been recognized for his early adoption of auto identification technologies. Mike is an enthusiastic, warm and inspiring leader with core skills and extensive, demonstrated and varied experience in program management, supply chain management, and operations & manufacturing.
