Richard Wallace

Richard Wallace has an extensive background in civil engineering and construction management. Currently retired since April 2020, Richard holds the position of Construction Management Supervisor at Sinclair Wyoming Refining Company, which began in February 2016. Prior to this role, Richard served as a Project Manager and Civil/Structural Engineer at Sinclair Wyoming Refining Company from April 2012. Richard's career began as a Civil/Structural Engineer at American Process Inc from May 2008 to January 2012. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Alabama.
