Kamran Alam Siddiqui (CHRP)

Kamran Alam Siddiqui has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kamran currently holds the position of HR Head at the Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Patel Hospital from 2013 to 2022, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as staffing, performance management, payroll, and disciplinary actions. Before that, they served as the Deputy Manager Human Resources at Patel Hospital from 2012 to 2013, focusing on hiring processes and interviews. Earlier in their career, Kamran worked at Liaquat National Hospital, starting as an HR Assistant and progressing to Assistant Manager HR. During this time, they handled various responsibilities such as maintaining employee records, handling salary information, and managing resignation processes.

Kamran Alam Siddiqui (CHRP) has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resource Management. In 2000, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resource from Adamson's University, Karachi, which was affiliated with Adamsons Manila, Philippines. This program lasted for two years, and they completed it in 2002.

In 2015, Siddiqui obtained the Certified Human Resources Professional certification from NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi. This certification enhanced their knowledge and skills in the field of Human Resource Management.

To further broaden their expertise, Siddiqui completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Business Administration in 2022.
