Manoj Kumar

Manoj Kumar is a skilled Medical Physicist with extensive experience in treatment planning and quality assurance in radiation therapy. Currently employed at the Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation since October 2022, Manoj previously worked at the Neurospinal & Cancer Care Institute from February 2020 to October 2022, where responsibilities included performing treatment planning and quality assurance using the Elekta-Synergy LINAC, as well as training new staff. Prior to that, from January 2018 to January 2020, Manoj was associated with Aga Khan University Hospital, focusing on treatment planning and quality assurance for Varian LINAC, Brachytherapy, and the Acuity Simulator, along with TrueBeam acceptance and commissioning alongside the Chief Medical Physicist. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Physics from NED University of Engineering and Technology (July 2017 - July 2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Karachi University (January 2012 - December 2015).
