Shoukat Ali has a range of work experience in the field of medical physics. Shoukat started their career as a Trainee Medical Physicist at SIUT in 2009, where they demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills and a good understanding of modern physics. Shoukat then worked as a Medical Physicist at Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation, where they operated various equipment such as CT simulators, linear accelerators, and electronic portal imaging devices. In 2013, they moved to Aga Khan University Hospital as a Medical Physicist and later advanced to the position of Senior Medical Physicist, specializing in treatment planning systems. Currently, Shoukat Ali holds the position of Chief Medical Physicist at Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation since November 2019.
Shoukat Ali obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Physics from NED University of Engineering and Technology, studying from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Nuclear Physics at Karachi University from 2004 to 2008. Shoukat'seducational journey began with a FSC (Pre Eng) degree in Engineering from National College Pakistan, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. Shoukat Ali completed their matriculation from St. Paul's High School in 2001.
