Sinebrychoff
Eero Mäkeläinen has worked as the Head of Legal at Sinebrychoff since November 2019. Eero then moved to Carlsberg Group in September 2022 as STA Competition law until January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Legal Counsel at Finnlines from December 2017 to November 2019, and as the Legal Counsel from July 2011 to December 2017. Eero was an Associate trainee at Hannes Snellman Attorneys at Law Ltd from May 2010 to August 2010. Before that, Eero worked as a Credit controller at Lindorff Oy from July 2008 to April 2010, and as a Member of the Board at Lex ry in 2007.
Eero Mäkeläinen began their education at the University of Turku, where they obtained their Master's Degree in Law from 2004 to 2011. Eero then attended the University of Kent from 2010 to 2011, focusing on the field of Law. Continuing their studies, Eero pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Maritime Law at the London Metropolitan University from 2012 to 2014. Finally, they attended the World Maritime University in 2015 and 2016, where they obtained their Master's Degree in International Maritime Law.
