Nina Henriksson is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resource management at Sinebrychoff since January 2014. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, Nina oversees the recruitment process, employment life cycle, employer branding, and provides support for managers. Nina has played a key role in the implementation of a new personal data system and is a certified user of Aon Assessment aptitude assessments. With prior experience as an HR Coordinator and HR Assistant, Nina has developed skills in project management, reporting, and training coordination. Nina holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Vaasa and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
