Nils Paajanen has a diverse work experience. Nils started as a Financial Assistant at Sampo Finance in 2008, where they worked in car trade financing. In 2010, they worked as a Project Assistant at Nordic Development Fund. Later that year, they became a Team Member at Aalto Entrepreneurship Society, an initiative that promotes entrepreneurship in Northern Europe. In 2012, they served as the President of Aaltoes. From 2013 to 2014, Nils worked in Business Development at YourMechanic, an online marketplace for car repair services. In 2014, they joined INVENTURE as a Deal flow and investment manager, where they evaluated companies in the seed and early/A-round stages. Since 2016, Nils has been the COO at Singa Ltd, a company that provides an easy way to sing karaoke anytime, anywhere.
Nils Paajanen completed their undergraduate studies in Economics at SOAS University of London from 2007 to 2010. Nils then pursued a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship at Aalto University, School of Economics, from 2010 to 2016.
