Chief Executive Officer, Scoot at Singapore Airlines

Mr Campbell Wilson is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Scoot, the wholly owned low-cost subsidiary of Singapore Airlines (SIA). Mr Wilson joined SIA in April 1996 and was previously the founding CEO of Scoot between 2011 to 2016, before the airline merged with Tigerair.

Prior to his current role, Mr Wilson was the Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing of SIA, where he oversaw Pricing, Distribution, eCommerce, Merchandising, Brand & Marketing, Global Sales and the airline’s overseas offices.

During his career with SIA, Mr Wilson has held positions overseas and in the head office. He started off as a Management Trainee in New Zealand in 1996, was posted to Australia in 1999 as Regional Marketing Manager South West Pacific, then to the Singapore head office in 2003, where he held Revenue Management and Network Planning roles. Following that, Mr Wilson was appointed Vice President Canada in 2006, General Manager Hong Kong in 2008 and General Manager Japan in 2010, before returning to Singapore in 2011 to set up Scoot.

Born and raised in Christchurch, New Zealand, Mr Wilson holds a Master of Commerce (1st Class Honours) in Business Administration from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand.
