Kailey Yan

Kailey Yan has extensive experience in customer service and sales, beginning as a Sales Associate at Crabtree & Evelyn from October 2003 to August 2010. Kailey then served as a Sales Assistant at iShop - Apple Premium Reseller from 2006 to 2008, providing assistance and product advice to customers. From August 2010 to the present, Kailey has been a Stewardess with Singapore Airlines, achieving impressive cohort rankings of 105, 20, and 19 in consecutive years. Transitioning to a leadership role, Kailey worked as a Leading Stewardess at Orthopaedic & Hand MRI (OHM) Extremities Pte Ltd from September 2020 to September 2021, where responsibilities included developing sales strategies and securing new accounts. Kailey holds an Advanced Diploma in Sports and Leisure from Asia Pacific School of Sports and Business and completed the Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education at Tanglin Secondary School.
