Kelvin Kwan

Kelvin Kwan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as General Manager for Taiwan at Singapore Airlines since February 2008. Prior roles include Area Manager responsible for the company's interests in Northern and Eastern India and Western Japan, overseeing customer satisfaction, strategy, financial performance, sales, and operational dealings. Additionally, Kelvin held positions as Regional Marketing Manager, monitoring sales performance in the West Asia & Africa Region, and Station Manager in various countries, focusing on airport operations and customer service. Before joining Singapore Airlines, Kelvin worked at the Singapore Economic Development Board as a Senior Officer in Business Development and as a Senior Project Officer for the Committee for Melbourne, contributing to strategic initiatives and international communications. Kelvin began his career as an intern at the Parliament of Victoria and holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Melbourne.
