Justin Ma is a Senior Industry Transformation Advisor at the Singapore Business Federation since July 2022, where responsibilities include assisting SMEs in implementing transformation through comprehensive advisory under the MTI/ESG JDP Programme. In addition, Justin serves as the Director at Enterprise Innovation Centre Pte Ltd since 2017. Justin holds a Master's degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Swinburne University of Technology and various qualifications in insurance, including Associate from the Chartered Institute of Insurance and Fellow from the Australian Insurance Institute.
