Philip Burns McIarb

Philip Burns MCIArb is currently a Member of various organizations including the Civil Mediation Council (CMC), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, IMI - International Mediation Institute, The Society of Construction Law, The Baltic Exchange, and Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration. Philip serves as a Panel Arbitrator at the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration and holds the title of Director at Admiral Maritime Ltd. With a background in claims management and insurance, Philip previously served as Deputy Director at West of England Insurance Services (Luxembourg) S.A. and Claims and Insurance Manager at Augustea Shipping Services Ltd. Philip holds a CPE & LPC in Law from The College of Law York and a degree in History from the University of Leeds.
