Caizheng Su

Caizheng Su is an experienced professional in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management, currently serving as the Enterprise EHS Manager for EMEA & APAC at Meta since June 2021. Previously, Caizheng held multiple leadership roles, including Global EHS Manager for APAC at Meta, Regional Manager for Global Workplace Safety at American Express, and Head of Operations (Lieutenant-Colonel) for the Rescue Unit at the Singapore Civil Defence Force. With a robust background in emergency response, disaster management, and workplace safety, Caizheng has extensive expertise in developing and implementing EHS strategies and compliance frameworks across various organizations. Education includes a BA in Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Newcastle, alongside diplomas in Workplace Safety and Health and Electronics from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
