Eugene Yam

Eugene Yam is currently serving as Assistant Vice President in both the Professional Services Division and the Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) since January 2024. Prior to this, Eugene held the position of Deputy Director in the Supply Chain Resilience Division at the Ministry of Trade and Industry (Singapore) from November 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included developing and coordinating strategies to enhance Singapore's supply chain resilience across various sectors. Eugene has extensive experience at EDB from November 2013 to March 2022, including roles as Assistant Vice President and Regional Director for South East Asia and the Middle East. Prior to EDB, Eugene worked at Singapore Airlines Cargo in various managerial roles from October 2008 to October 2013. Eugene holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, earned between 2004 and 2008.
