Joanna Tay

Joanna Tay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnership development and community building. Currently serving as Regional Director at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) since October 2018, Joanna focuses on connecting talent and the diaspora with Singapore. Previously, Joanna held key positions in the Strategy Group at the Prime Minister's Office and the National Population and Talent Division, where responsibilities included strategic management and relationship development. Joanna's career in real estate management began at Far East Organization as Residence Manager. Joanna earned a Bachelor of Arts and Social Science degree with a focus on Geography and Economics from the National University of Singapore.
