Melissa Guan

Melissa Guan is an experienced professional in the biomedical and healthcare sectors, currently serving as Vice President & Head of Consumer at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) since September 2018, with previous roles including Acting Vice President and Regional Vice President for Japan & Korea. Prior experience includes Associate Director of Business Development at Tessa Therapeutics Pte Ltd, where Melissa focused on commercial innovation and partnership strategies. Previously, at the Biomedical Sciences Industry Partnership Office, Melissa led teams overseeing the biomedical sciences sector and engaged with local stakeholders to enhance public sector R&D strategies. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from the National University of Singapore.
