Nicolas Ang

Nicolas Ang currently serves as the Regional Vice President for Greater China at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) since May 2024. Prior to this role, Nicolas was the Deputy Director of Strategy, Policy, and Partnerships at the Office for Space Technology & Industry (OSTIn) from October 2022 to April 2024, where responsibilities included shaping Singapore's national space strategy and international partnerships. Nicolas co-founded and led F-drones, a company innovating in logistics through large-scale cargo drones, from January 2019 to January 2024. Earlier experience at EDB spanned various leadership roles from 2009 to 2021, where significant contributions were made in engaging foreign direct investments and spearheading industry transformations. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Aeronautical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and participation in a student exchange program at Uppsala University.
