Philbert Gomez

Philbert Gomez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the tech industry and economic development in Singapore. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Senior Vice President at Digital Industry Singapore since April 2025, Philbert focuses on fostering a competitive tech ecosystem. Simultaneously, Philbert has held the position of Executive Director and Vice President, Head of Digital Industry Division at the Singapore Economic Development Board since June 2008, partnering with global tech companies to drive value in Singapore. Previous roles include Regional Vice President and various leadership positions at the Singapore Economic Development Board and a project student at the Institute of Microelectronics. Philbert began a distinguished career as an intern at AREVA T&D and graduated as the top cadet from the Singapore Officer Cadet School with the highest honors. Philbert holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, completed in 2008.
