Regina Low

Regina Low holds significant experience in various leadership roles across government and international programs. Currently serving as Executive Director of the Singapore Global Network at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), Regina has previously held positions such as Fulbright Recipient and Second Director (Liaison) at the Prime Minister's Office Communications Group. Additional roles include Senior Deputy Director at the Ministry of Education's Higher Education Planning Office, Special Assistant to the Minister for Education, and Deputy Director in the same office. Regina's career also encompasses a tenure as Senior Assistant Director in the Strategic Planning Division of the Ministry of National Development, Singapore. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and an advanced program at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2021-2022.
