Clarence Lai

Clarence Lai is an accomplished professional in ticketing and operations with vast experience in the events and entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Director of Ticketing and Accreditation at Singapore GP Pte Ltd since March 2022, Clarence previously held the position of Director of Operations at Ticketmaster Singapore for eight years, overseeing multiple teams including Sales & Marketing and Client Services. Clarence has also contributed significantly to SISTIC Singapore in various roles, including Head of Client Services and Assistant Director of Ticketing & Accreditation. Clarence holds a Master of Arts in Marketing from Northumbria University.
