Karen Fawcett

Karen Fawcett is a seasoned governance and leadership professional with extensive experience in various advisory and non-executive roles. Currently serving as a Senior Accredited Director at the Singapore Institute of Directors and holding multiple directorships, including Non Executive Director at Aegon and member of various committees, Karen also chairs the People Committee at BetterTradeOff and the board of Cambridge Colleges Scholarships in Singapore. With a background in financial services and asset management, Karen is a member of the Foundation Board and chairs HR and Risk Committees at LGT. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Arts from Girton College, Cambridge, alongside an International Certificate in Corporate Governance.
