Salman Younus

Salman Younus is an experienced professional in cost and contracts management, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Campus Development at the Singapore Institute of Technology since June 2016, where leadership is provided to the Cost & Contracts Management Team for a significant project valued at over S$1.5 billion. Prior to this role, Salman held various positions at Faithful+Gould from January 2005 to May 2016, including Associate Director, where responsibilities included managing financial reporting for over 100 projects and preparing consultancy bids. Additionally, experience as Quantity Surveyor at OBAYASHI SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED involved overseeing substantial site projects, notably the One Raffles Quay project, and roles progressed from Quantity Surveyor to Managing Surveyor. Salman's foundational experience in Quantity Surveying was gained at Northcroft Lim Consultants Pte Ltd from July 1996 to April 2001. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management (1st Class Honours) from Birmingham City University and a Diploma in Building & Property Management from Singapore Polytechnic.
